Clear Flash Cache

You may already know that web browsers store data in their cache, but do you know that the Flash Player does the same? If you care about your privacy, then it's not enough only to clear the browser cache, but also make sure to clear the Flash Player cache. You can easily do that with the free, lightweight, and appropriately named Clear Flash Cache application.

The Clear Flash Cache installation file is less than 1MB in size, so even on a lousy internet connection it won’t take long to get it off the web and onto your machine. Run this file and you will be presented with a setup wizard that will guide you through the installation process.

Please note that your PC must meet the following system requirements in order to run Clear Flash Cache: Intel Pentium 4 2.33GHz, Athlon 64 2800+ or faster processor; 128MB or RAM memory or more; 128MB graphics memory; Windows operating system (Windows 7, Windows Vista, Windows XP, Windows Server 2008, Windows Server 2003).

The application’s interface is a minimalist one. At the top you have a pane that lists all cache content. Underneath you have a Select All and an Unselect all box, a Clear, Refresh, and a Close button. The interface also presents a link to the official Clear Flash Cache website.

Using Clear Flash Cache is a very simple process that can be broken down into the following three steps:
Step 1 – Launch the application.
Step 2 – Check all the cache content or just specific content.
Step 3 – Click the Clear button to remove selected cache records.

Clear Flash Cache is a free application. You can use it for as long as you want and not part with your hard earned money.

I don’t see what’s not to like about Clear Flash Cache. It works as advertised and it is free.
